When you book a safari with Almar Safaris, your daily rate covers a full-service, luxury experience designed to let you focus on the hunt — while we take care of the rest.
Private transfer to and from O.R. Tambo International Airport (Johannesburg)
Services of a licensed Professional Hunter and fully equipped safari vehicle
Comfortable, full-board accommodation with daily laundry
All meals, snacks, and local beverages (served in moderation)
24/7 hospitality, field assistance, and professional support

The following items are excluded from your daily rate and will be quoted separately, if applicable:
15% South African VAT (where required by law)
All international or domestic air travel
Lodging before or after your contracted safari dates
Personal expenses, international phone calls, and gratuities
Optional day trips, excursions, or sightseeing entrance fees
Terms & Booking Policy
Terms & Booking Policy
To confirm your booking, a non-refundable deposit is required. Payment options and schedule are as follows:
A deposit is payable via bank transfer to secure your dates
50% of the total safari balance is due 14 days before arrival
The remaining balance is payable on-site, via cash or international wire transfer
Please contact us directly for our current cancellation policy
All guests are required to sign a Safari Contract & Indemnity Waiver upon arrival. Prices are subject to change in accordance with foreign exchange fluctuations and governmental adjustments. Any such changes will be communicated in advance.
